A few tips and steps to help with a picture:

1.) Scanning your recipes with a computer works best or going to your local office supply store and have them scan it.
2.) Smart phones actually take great photos now but make sure the recipe is on a flat surface and try taking your picture straight over the top of recipe without any angles.
3.) Try not to have any shadows over recipe when taking the picture.
4.) If you have a recipe that has a very light writing from years of fading, this can be fixed by you easily. Just make a copy and trace over the writing with a fine sharpie and send it to us or we can use one of our nice handwritten fonts that will look just as nice for a gift.
5.) In the personalization box please tell me if you want a header on top like "Grandma's Chocolate Cake Recipe" or anything extra like grandkids names or anything else.
6.) If your recipe has any other images on the recipe they will be removed.
7.) If your recipe is to messy with blotches or just can't be restored I will notify you and refund your money unless you prefer the option of me just using a real nice handwritten font with the exact recipe sent.
